Minister for SAFRON and Narcotics Control Shehryar Khan Afridi has been tested positive for the coronavirus. He made the announcement through his Twitter account. Afridi has isolated himself in his house.
The minister has also requested the nation pray for his quick recovery. Shehryar Afridi also prayed that may Allah help save all my countrymen from the pandemic.

Afridi recently visited Line of Control (LoC) along with Chakothi Sector on Eidul Fitr and paid glowing tribute to the Kashmiris for rendering matchless sacrifices for their just cause.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has called the National Coordination Committee (NCC) meeting on Monday to decide about further easing lockdown. However, Pakistan witnessed the highest ever spike in the number of coronavirus cases and deaths in a single day, with the medical fraternity losing five more lives during the past 24 hours.
As many as 81 deaths were reported on Friday, as the countrywide death toll jumped from 1,283 to 1,364. The number of COVID-19 patients surged from 62,689 to 65,216 in the last one day.
Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, an Awami National Party stalwart and former member of the National Assembly, also tested positive for the virus on May 18 after which he went into self-isolation.
The 80-year-old COVID-19 patient has successfully defeated the virus and has recovered from it.
After being in complete isolation, i've been tested NEGATIVE for Covid-19 alhamdulilah.
I would urge all those infected with this virus to isolate yourselves and follow all precautions.
