The robots are to provide service for the pilgrims, programmed in 96 different languages. The service will facilitate education, health, and safety awareness for pilgrims. They will be stationed in the Prophets’ mosque courtyard.
The robots will work 24/7. The Medina province authority has deployed 220 male and female volunteers on the ground to facilitate Hajj pilgrims. There will be 12 teams working around the clock.

Teams will help in the Prophet’s mosque, Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Haramain train station, and other places.
