Aaj phir tareekh ne khud ko dohraya ha
Aaj phir koi teesra ghus aya hai
Aaj phir usne hamsayon ko ladaya ha
Bohot khoon bahaya ha or khoob jashan manaya ha
Aaj phir padosi ki aahon or siskiyon ki aawaz
Apni cheekhon or aahon baqah mein gum hui
Aaj phir sarhad par naujawano ne apna farz nibhaya ha
Aaj phir aik bhai ne doosre bhai ko maar giraya ha
Aur dushman ne khoob jashan manaya ha

Suna ha hamsaya maa ka jaaya ha
Har dukh dard me pehle kaam aya hai
Yeh kesa hamsaya ha, jo mere bhai ki maut pe girya karne nahi aya hai
Aur kyun usne mujhse apna dard chupaya ha
Aisa pehle bhi aik baar hua tha
Koi teesra hi aya tha
Apas ki naachaki dekh kar
Usne jaal pehlaya tha
