A new album of the late cultural icon Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan has come to light. The album ‘Lost’ – Chain of Lights is to be released by Peter Gabrael’s Real World Record.
The news came to light with the recovery of the album from the Real World Archive archive. The recording company released many records and albums with Nusrat in the 1990s. The album includes two unheard qawwali by the legendary qawwal.
Nusrat’s duo with the recording company introduced Nusrat to the Western world: along with Eastern traditions.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is widely recognized for his amazing vocals and singing ability. Recognized by many such as Madonna, Michel Jackson, and the Rolling Stones.
Nusrat’s fan following keeps increasing, as more from the new generation get introduced to his masterpiece. He landed his voice to many Hollywood directors including Oliver Stones, Tim Robbins, and Martin Scorsese.
The new album release has Nusrat’s fans on their toes. The album is set to release in September of this year.
