A new album of the late cultural icon Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan has come to light. The album ‘Lost’ – Chain of Lights is to be released by Peter Gabrael’s Real World Record.

The news came to light with the recovery of the album from the Real World Archive archive. The recording company released many records and albums with Nusrat in the 1990s. The album includes two unheard qawwali by the legendary qawwal.

Nusrat’s duo with the recording company introduced Nusrat to the Western world: along with Eastern traditions.
