Multinational Companies Consider Leaving Pakistan Due to Internet Issues

Multinational companies are thinking about moving their offices out of Pakistan, and some have already started, according to the Pakistan Business Council (PBC). The main reason is that internet problems are making it difficult for these businesses to work effectively in the country.

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce shows the report that almost 4,000 Pakistani companies registered in Dubai between January and June 2024, marking a 17% increase from the same time in 2023. Additionally, the trend highlights the challenges Pakistan is facing, like high unemployment and a slow economy.
