Meta just announced a new development for WhatsApp. The new feature will allow users to maintain privacy via chat lock on linked devices, such as PCs.
Meta introduced the WhatsApp chat-lock option in May 2023. It allowed the users to keep their conversations private and secure.
Users can enter their locked chat with a password or through impression (based on their mobile phones).

Since last month, Meta has been testing its chat-lock option. Meta has allowed only a few people to test their new update.
There are updates on the availability of the chat lock for Android version 2.24.11.9, with the primary device (android) connected to their secondary device.

The new feature is said to roll out soon.
