Tomorrow, Youm-e-Takbeer will be observed to remember the nuclear tests on May 28, 1998, which made Pakistan’s defense strong and made Pakistan the first Muslim nuclear nation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has declared May 28 a public holiday. He said this day shows the nation’s unity and determination to keep Pakistan safe and strong.

In addition, the Prime Minister paid tribute to the scientists who enabled Pakistan’s nuclear programme as well as notable figures like Nawaz Sharif and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
